Agreement to Terms

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Show Aide at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these terms. 

If you wish to close your Show Aide account and delete your associated data, please follow these steps:

1. In-App Request: Log in to your account at my19th.com, navigate to Account Settings, and select "Delete Account." (Under construction)
   
2. Email Request: Send an email to info@my19th.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Please include the email address associated with your account.
   
3. Processing: Once verified, we will delete your personal data from our active databases within 45 days, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain information (such as for tax or compliance purposes).
