• Show Data: Information you provide regarding events or projects managed through Show Aide.
• Security & Telemetry Data: When you access our forms or authentication pages, minimal device telemetry, browser signals, and environment characteristics are collected invisibly to defend our platform against automated abuse.

• We use your data to provide, maintain, and improve Show Aide services, communicate with you about your account, and ensure security.
• Specifically, we process automated device and interaction data to prevent spam, malicious bot activity, and unauthorized account access.

Data Sharing

• We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with trusted third-party service providers (e.g., hosting, payment processing) strictly to facilitate our services.
• To protect our infrastructure, we use Cloudflare Turnstile for automated bot detection. Your interaction with our security features is governed directly by Cloudflare, and your data is processed in accordance with the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum and the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Your Rights

• Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information.

Agreement to Terms

By accessing Show Aide at my19th.com, you agree to be bound by these terms. Show Aide is a service provided by my19th, LLC.

User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Show Aide for any unlawful purpose or to upload content that violates the intellectual property rights of others.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, my19th, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of Show Aide.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Show Aide at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these terms. 

If you wish to close your Show Aide account and delete your associated data, please follow these steps:

1. In-App Request: Log in to your account at my19th.com, navigate to Account Settings, and select "Delete Account." (Under construction)
   
2. Email Request: Send an email to info@my19th.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Please include the email address associated with your account.
   
3. Processing: Once verified, we will delete your personal data from our active databases within 45 days, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain information (such as for tax or compliance purposes).
